We are a two-press, two-person print studio under the railway arches off Kingsland Road. Letterpress on a 1965 Heidelberg platen, risograph in fourteen colours, and a guillotine that is older than both of us.
What we print
Business cards
One or two colours, duplexed to 700 gsm if you like them properly heavy. Minimum run of 100. We keep your plates for reprints.
Zines & short-run books
Risograph interiors, saddle-stitched or perfect bound, up to A4. Good for runs between 50 and 500 copies. We can help with imposition.
Posters & art prints
A3 risograph in up to four layers, or A2 letterpress from wood type and lino. Editions are numbered and signed off with you at the press.
Rough prices
Every job is quoted properly, but these are honest starting points. Prices include paper and VAT.

Turnaround is usually ten working days from approved artwork. Rush jobs are possible if the press is free — ask.
Workshops & open access
Letterpress taster
Saturday mornings, 10:00–13:00. Set a line of metal type, lock up a forme and pull your own prints on the proofing press.

Riso for beginners
First Sunday of the month, 11:00–16:00. Bring artwork or make it on the day; leave with a two-colour edition of 30.

Open-access evening
Wednesdays, 18:00–21:30, for people who have done a workshop with us. Book a press, bring paper, we are on hand.
